Miserable service. Make sure you bring your own envelopes. They charge £2.50 for ONE small jiffy bag.
Very slow staff. Always a long queue. One staff member walked off whilst serving someone, went next door and grabbed a coffee and returned. Poor service. Bags full of post/ parcels to be sent in waiting room with everyone else. Easy to be stolen.
Q up here since 9am but now 920am still not open! The only men inside the post office always force ppls purchase their paper bag £2 to return goods ! Can I know any place can report this staff ?

They WILL try to overcharge you. They tried it with me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Could have been a legit mistake. Then they overcharged my mum, so I looked up their reviews only to see they do it to everyone. It’s a shame they are allowed to keep on doing this.
I have many complaints about the staff. . . Very daring and they don't help you at all. . . I think new staff and new faces are needed...

A man at the Post Office desk overcharges you for letters and then becomes rude once confronted about it. AVOID this place - it is better to travel a bit further to avoid this scam.
