Renewed my passport through the post office. She was very speedy at filling in all the online forms whilst made sure everything was correct. Also took my photo so got everything done within 10 mins without any hassle
This is my local post office, most of the staff are OK. But there is 2 women that have a Very bad attitude. Don't know if they are just rude and disrespectful to me, or if they are like that to everyone. I suffer with servear anxiety and depression, and am not very well at all. Both of them have brought me to tears with their horrible words and attitudes. Yesterday 1 of them coursed me to leave with No gas , shop was closing, as takes me a long time to leave the house. She took gas card to put some on for me, after about five minutes she came back & said it's not British gas haven't put anything on it. I said yes it is, y would i have this letter from them. She said " well ur have to go over to another counter. All the cashier's had already cashed up. So I couldn't get any, the other horrible one came over and they were looking at me and talking. UPSET ME AGAIN. I am going to video the next time I go there. No need for this behaviour to a vulnerable, emotional ill lady. I will be reporting them. Take care.

Great experience at this post office. Would recommend staff are very helpful and ques are much shorter than other local branches.
Staff are rude, unfriendly not very helpful. Went in with my parcel, just wanted to print a label - the woman by the scanning machine was telling me couldn't scan, I need the QR code only - I asked her where can I get the code from. She didn't explain anything so I asked another staff member she wasn't very helpful either. I went back home finding out for myself it was in emails. If only they told me it'd be in an email I wouldn't have needed to take a second trip Got the QR code ready, different lady served me - Didn't say anything to me, she scanned it, slapped label on it and handed receipt. No hello, no thank you, have a nice day. Nothing. I really dislike this Post Office. Clapham High Street is so much more friendlier.

I was asking for help how to change the driving license, the only answer was read inside what does it say I have no idea. really rude and I been queueing for half an hour and even the lady that came and see the people what was the purpose to be there ask me "do you need any help" I explain what I need and she told me " oh I don't know i need to read inside but I don't drive so I don't know " , well so I don't see much help in this period where we should all be nice and kind with each other!!!
I been in Brixton poste office sw9 8fr around 10 for my SIA application at the entrance I saw a carrabean woman was very rude and unfriendly. Like she was ready she didn't want to help me. I brought all documents for my SIA but she said no all my documents are acceptable because it is no original I brought my passport my SIA application my bank statement. She said she didn't take one after that she call another colleague he is carrabean also both were so unfair unfriendly awful. If they were white I said they are racist but how can you imagine 2 black people attacked one .Sometimes white people give you better service than black. I need to go to another post office in Earl Court to do my application.
Beware of the exchange! About 10% surcharge for the exchange at this branch compared to actual conversion. Post office is great though!
