Brilliant company, have ordered many parts from them over the years. More recently I ordered a major service kit but forgot to add power steering fluid to the original order. I raised another order and Cox Motor Parts had packaged everything together and refunded the postage for the second order without even being asked. Super speedy postage too. Thank you, always glad to deal with you.
Great for rare OEM parts but terrible delivery service. Have ordered from Cox Motor Parts twice now orders 134548673 / 134600163 and paid £8 for DPD next day delivery but both times the items turned up late. First time was down to Cox Motor Parts choosing the wrong delivery service and second time was down to DPD delays. Sure they will offer me a £3 partial delivery refund but this isn't enough in my opinion for the hassle caused.
Cox Motor Parts really came to my rescue at short notice today. I had a problem with my car while heading across the country and Cox were the nearest parts supplier. Within a few minutes they'd found the item I needed and my problem was resolved. Thanks guys you were brilliant!

Order arrived next day even though I'd missed dispatch time and hadn't paid for 1 day delivery. A washer was missed from my order so I called them up and they shipped one first class and it came the following day, really good and friendly service.
Very dissapointed, wanted to order oem discs and pads from here, I made sure before ordering it showed it was avaliable. I ordered it to expect it next day as said on the website. The next day I receive a phone call saying it’s out of stock, despite showing it’s in stock on the website and expected delivery is June.. erm I don’t think so, I need it ASAP as I wanted to replace my brakes, not order them now and keep them aside. I requested a full refund which they did quickly which was the only positive. Website needs updating if something is out of stock as it’s very mis leading, time wasting and annoying. Not sure if I will order here from now on, we shall see about that.
Great experience with my first order from Cox Motor parts Honda. My order of genuine service parts was delivered in less than 24hrs from time of order, from the North to the South West. Fully tracked and kept informed all the way. Very pleased overall. Other companies take note, this is how you do it !
