Bought a car from here on 23rd December 2017, had called the day before to arrange viewing and confirm that car could be driven away the following day if purchased, also agreed a price. Arrived on the day at 11am after calling beforehand, to find the car on ramps for MOT test. My father-in-law (ex-mechanic) was allowed to view underneath and we found 3 faults which turned out to be the same 3 which failed the MOT. All three were repaired (new off-side front coil spring, (2×) front tyres and ABS manifold) and despite it being 2 days before Xmas, the lads slogged all afternoon to get the car ready. We were asked to leave a deposit prior to carrying out the work but refused as couldn't test drive until the ABS was working, also asked for a slightly higher purchase price than agreed but held firm and ended up purchasing the vehicle for the pre-agreed amount. All-in-all JK Autos were very accommodating and, however I was told that the website for the warranty details could not be accessed and they would be forwarded on, these never arrived and attempts to contact the garage were ignored. That and the day spent waiting on the repairs mean i am unable to rate at 5 stars.

If you fancy giving over your hard earnt cash to a garage that will rip you off .. go to JK autocentre. £995 for a car with no end of issues. 3 months and pure hell we have had. Been shouted at, sworn at, ignored you name it. All for a £220 refund and no car at the end of it. Needed loads of welding, new steering arm, new window regulator, tracking, 2 new tyres and then new water pump, cambelt, cam sensor. Please dont be sucked in!

Bought a car from here last year, it lasted all of 5 months before a "piston ring shattered". Warranty would only cover a small amount of the cost and wanted a fortune to fix it. For a low mileage audi this seemed strange, turns out 100k has been taken off the clock. Trading standards time. He even has to leave his own reviews on Google to make it seem better!!!!
