The food was really nice but slightly slow service. It had good parking facilities. Was quiet as it was a week day night! Overall, a nice place to eat but not if you're in a massive hurry :-)

This place just gets better every time we go there. The food and the beer is excellent but the service is exceptional. Each member of staff is a credit to the place.

The pub itself looks a little dated but actually it's quite pleasant. The staff aren't hugely friendly but the service is quick. We had tapas, chicken liver pate and risotto and it was all really lovely but not very hot. The Eton mess is my favourite and the wine list is extensive. Dogs are allowed in this pub too.

Booked a meal for Sunday lunch for 2 people @ 2:30 pm. We arrived 5 minutes early for the meal. The Restaurant was completely empty. Not one other person was sitting at a table. We waited for over 20 minutes for a member of staff to take my order Sadly nothing !!!. I could see the members of staff at the bar area. We decided to approach the bar, hand back the menu which I had to get myself and leave. The staff did not look at all concerned. Absolutely Disgraceful service.

Love this place. Food 5 star, staff 5 star. Only issue is something that is across the board in all restaurants.... Needs bigger gravy jugs
