I had a bike fit recently and have found all the staff extremely knowledgeable taking time to explain all the process. I took the bike out for a brief ride if it required any alteration it would be addressed. The coffee shop staff have fantastic home made food and serve everything with a smile. At County Cycles you are always made to feel like a member of their extended family. Highly recommended.

I’ve recently got into cycling and didn’t have much confidence in my ability. We went to county cycles, and although I didn’t buy my bike from them, their service has been outstanding. My saddle isn’t quite right, and the care and interest in getting it right for me, has been second to none. It’s not about getting the sale for them, it’s the service. I always get a welcome, the coffee is great and the food is amazing. Proper home cooked food. So, if you are looking for a bike, advice.. or just a coffee and cake, go and find this gem of a place, you won’t be disappointed!

I've used County Cycles since 2009 when, post right leg amputation I was trying to ride a bike. The help and support I received was incredible and Peter, the owner, went the extra mile to ensure my bike was properly set up. Since then my wife and I have bought 4 top end bikes between us from the shop and also have our bikes regularly serviced. I know all the staff well and they ALWAYS listen to the way I describe any issues I have with my gears, bottom brackets etc. They don't always get it right first time but that's because issues sometimes only manifest themselves during long rides and/or when the bike is under stress. Fantastic bike shop in all regards plus the best coffee around.

Just purchased my mountain bike from these guys -very knowledgeable and helpful with fantastic expertise and this bike shop is second to none with a bonus of serving great coffee
