Really nice bike shop. The staff are really knowledgeable about all aspects of cycling (bikes, bike bits, local cycling stuff, local clubs, events, rides etc etc), and happy to give honest advice on purchases. The shop itself seems pretty well stocked with a wide range of bits and clothing, in pretty much a full range of sizes which is sometimes not the case these days........

It's such a pleasure dealing with friendly and very knowledgeable people. The advice they give is second to none. I have my bikes serviced with them regularly and they always deliver good work time after time. If ever I need to order something such as parts or clothing, they always seem to get in quickly which is a big bonus. The bike fitting service is very professional and I don't seem to have the little niggles I used to. This is by far my favorite L.B.S around, and that's why I keep going back.

Bought a bike off Urban Cyclery 18 months ago with great advice and service to get the right choice for my needs. Great bike fitting service and a refit when it was needed. Been back on a number of occasions since and find their service and very friendly attitude a real bonus. Good stock of quality products in their new store as well. Would I buy another bike from them? A definite yes!

Urban Cyclery are simply awesome! I have only ever used Urban Cyclery from there online store, but have used them a number of times now. Every single time the service was awesome, Ty, who has dealt with me is always super quick to answer questions and help out. It's kind of like having your LBS online and wherever possible I use Urban Cyclery now whenever i need something my LBS doesn't have. I have recommended Urban Cyclery to all of my mates because the prices, delivery and service are simply so good. I cant say enough about them!
