Absolutely Disgusting Service I usually do not write reviews, even when I have had good experience however I must write about this one. I ordered a bike from the company's cyclesolutions.co.uk website which clearly indicated my order should be dispatched in 1-2 working days. I was then given the option to pay £10 for next day delivery, which gave me reason to believe I could actually get the item delivered earlier because surely that is partly what the premium is for! I received a text the following evening asking me to call their customer service line. I thought I would be told my order was delayed, rather I was informed by a very "that's your issue" kinda staff member that the item is out of stock and would now be issuing a refund. Perplexed I tried to understand and point out that information on their website was misleading. I was cut off several times mid sentence by Mike Davies who was handling the call. 1. Don't give false hope or make promises you cannot keep. In other words, don't ask me to pay a premium for the delivery of an item that you are not even certain you have! 2. If there is an issue with an order I placed with you (which is ultimately helping you to grow your business), for courtesy's sake, pick up the damn phone and call me, don't text me and ask me to call you. Don't pass the cost of your sloppy service to your customer. 3. A customer has the right to express their dissatisfaction or give their opinion about the service they have received from an organisation! It is very wrong not to permit them to conclude 1 sentence. 4. Its 2016 and most websites can give you real time stock information especially in high season. Fix it. I was not in a rush to have this item delivered and would have been happy to delay delivery if the call had been handled by a better trained and polite staff member. Too sloppy! I will never use this company again and definitely do not recommend.

Poor costumer service, I've ordered my bike and I have to ring them several times to ff-up the progress but eventually the bike that I've had ordered has been discontinued, without informing me, If I haven't called I've not known.Poor comminication

I received very poor customer service from this company. I ordered a bike from this company and paid extra for next day delivery (in good time for a cycling holiday 9 days later). My order was delayed by over a week and I was given misleading and inaccurate information about why and when I would receive it. When I did finally get the bike I couldn't use it as they forgot to include the pedals - which was so maddening! They also forgot to fit the lights/reflectors properly. A warning to all who consider using this company - once they have received your money they do not seem to care in my experience. Other suppliers can fulfill orders faster and whats more, make sure all items you've paid for are included and fitted properly. Beware!

12% is a lot to be charging bike shops for Cycle to Work, given the cost of administering the scheme is negligible. The company is now owned by Halfords btw.
