I visited Carmarthen store on the 28/12/2017 to exchange an item I was met with unhelpful rude staff when asking for assistance the floor staff could not be bothered. Then as the size I needed was not available I asked for a cash refund again I was met with hostility by a staff member who said that they don't give refunds it will have to be credit. When I checked under customer statutory rights that I can have a total cash refund however the staff at the store was extremely rude and hostile so I left ,and had to re order online I will be picking up the item from the store but will not visit Carmarthen store again but go to Swansea instead.

Found two pairs of trainers and two pairs of work boots, to ask a staff member to help in finding the right size to be told he will be back in a few minutes, to be left there waiting for 20 minutes. so I went to the tills to ask for assistance to be told I can't help you'll have to find someone els who is on shop floor. So i put the item's back and left with nothing. the attitude and assistance from members of staff there today 22/10/17 was appalling.

I came in for some Coco pops and they were like we don't sell them here boi. 2 hours later we had ourselves an old fashion mexican standoff. I won obviously.

The Staff are rude and unhelpfull. Their policy is not to give you your money back. The policy is on a piece of paper by the till covered by all the stuff they keep by the tills so you won't see it.
