Bought a Lezyne Macro Strip Pro Drive Pair light set at the beginning of November. Charged both lights fully but didn't need them till December. The front light had held its charge fine but the rear light was completely flat. Recharged it fully but it went flat again with no use over a couple of days so spoke to Tredz who sent me a return label and promised a replacement. Three weeks later the original defective light was returned from Wheelies and was again flat and won't hold a charge. On calling, it seems whoever looked at it decided there was nothing wrong with it. I got an apology but their solution is to send it back a second time so I have to wait again without a rear light in January. Not impressed at all. The light has never been used. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

Not that great an experience, although the bike I ordered was shown as "in stock" on their website, in reality it wasn't and there was a bit of a delay - not really the end of the world, these things happen. When they did get it into stock, they refused to send it to my delivery address (I prefer to have internet orders delivered to my work address, as there is always someone there to sign / accept them). Can't understand what the problem is, I get loads of stuff delivered to work and have never had any problems - have even got my work address registered with my credit card company as I do it so often. Had no option other than to ask for a refund, which I am currently waiting for. So although they seem like nice enough people, the standard process of paying for an item and then receiving it doesn't seem to work (for me anyway).

Love this site and I like the fact they are a local business. I use their site quite often and have never had any issues
