Marshalls were/are a fantastic agent. All the office were accessible with clear handover so nothing was lost. Special mention to Andy Allen. He was so professional and patient with us throughout the entire (long) process. He worked so hard and truly went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with.

I am fully managed with Marshalls Lettings department. They found me a tenant within a couple of days and they also found me exactly what I wanted within a tenant - which wasn't easy! Their pricing was spot on getting me the maximum for my first investment property (which I bought through the sales team who were excellent) and their knowledge of legislation and the local area is endless.

After a very difficult long chain Marshalls were excellent dealing with my buyers and sellers on a number of difficult issues and I would highly recommend them. We love our new home in Betony Vale but when the time comes to sell I will definitely be using them again.
