whilst on holiday went into the shop as I always stock up whilst on holiday, they didnt have what I wanted, but said they had a mail order service, and gave me a voucher to use on my first order, staff very helpful, on returning home, ordered what I wanted and the order came with in three days, and was very well packed very good service

We want to have something special to memorize our first lack district trip and saw "Herdy" mugs in front of the Herdy shop window in Grasmere but it was closed at the time we're visiting. Then we had to go to Bowness by the rush schedule and surprised to see the mugs selling in this lovely shop, so we purchased two with carefully warped and put in a lovely purple paper bag. Although the price was a little bit higher(49p) than the original shop but it worth the time than backing to the Grasmere Herdy shop. I am so love the mugs more than the blue rabbit items because they are bone china made by the local artists with an unique design. The mugs become the best memory of our first lake district trip now :))
