This Costa is located within the Grosvenor Shopping Centre is a relatively new shop and is handy when shopping. It is often very busy especially at peak times but there is ample seating available inside. The usual good coffee and all the usual Costa goodies are available. All the staff are always really friendly and helpful.

In Costa on my own, cannot get a seat because l have to queue for my drink, there's people sitting at every table, approx 24 tables, 12 tables have no food or drink, it seems the custom is grab a table, sod the queue, the barista too busy talking, service diobolical. No lm off to McDonald's, coffee is cheaper

Coffee ok, tables not wiped, sticky, crumbs all over. Wouldn't mind so much if it was busy.

Will not return. Waited for an absolute age in a queue to the door, 6 staff behind the counter, only one taking orders, two of the slowest “baristas” making the drinks, I thought to myself they must be training, one turned around and she was the Manager! One girl, when asked to make a tea, stood in a trance with a teapot in hand waiting for further instruction. One other lady toing and froing filling up marshmallows etc ignoring the queue, I counted 5 customers walking out. Finally got our drinks, food not ready, so went to sit down, no cup on tray for tea, had to go back in to retrieve food and a cup. Hopeless service all round. The poor girl on the till (a trainee) and the young lad clearing tables were the only two pulling their weight, sort it out Costa!

Staff very pleasant and friendly, coffee and cake lovely. Would definitely come here again.
