When I'm looking for winter gloves, winter coats, workout apparel or business casual clothing, this is one of my go to stores. Regardless of the time of year, they have a decent selection. Right now, January 2024, there are slim pickings for men's and women's winter gloves and even less options for beanies. I was able to find a few items and even though there was only one cashier, the checkout process went quickly. I'll continue to shop them for most of my winter needs.
I'm going to be honest with you I don't like shopping there, but you can if you're willing to go through just about everything on the rack find something that you like that fits and a pretty darn good price. I will say they do a really good job of separating things by size.
I came into the Chester Va location. Grabbed a few things to try on, I went to front of the store where the temporary fitting rooms are, someone who worked there saw me standing there and she proceeded to stay on her phone and then look at me again and walked away. I tried to ask for help, but not a soul would help me. Not one. Everyone who worked there was rude, on their phone, and walking away from me every time I walked up and asked nicely for help with the fitting rooms. I even tried to call the store but when I called they would answer and hang up. Then someone finally spoke and when I told them what was going on, she said, and I quote, that didn’t happen and you are just trying to complain for no reason. Like excuse me? No I’m trying to tell you that your employees are lazy and refuse to help anyone. Last time I come into this location. So said the way the world is today and how it’s so hard to find good help.
My wife went to the restroom and there was a guy in there. He was wearing a suit as if he worked there. She was going to ask questions but then he called another guy over from the men's bathroom. They talked around her like she wasn't even there. She was so uncomfortable that she just left without using the bathroom. They're creeps.
Very messy store, picked over, and most of the clothes were not in the correct size area on the racks. The entire store looked to be in disarray. The shelves were not in any kind of order at all just jumbled with stuff. Shopping here was very frustrating!
Just not impressed.... Sizes were off& must the things they had for 10$you can get at 5 below for less.
For anything fashion and clothing, your bet must be placed on Burlington! Lots of clothing to choose from at very competitive prices. Visit the clearance section for even better bargains. I recommend Burlington to anyone visiting the US to shop for clothing. ...
I typically can find what I need here and at a reasonable price.
Always find best stuff you didn't know you needed. At a good price
A little smaller than it's typical size but it did take over a former Martin's grocery store so... Anyway, it's a great clothing store and I've gotten plenty of things from here.
