Came in approx 5.30 after work for a coffee. Know they shut at 6. 5.50 girl walks out of back, closes and locks front door. Mmm. Feeling a tad uncomfortable. Won't be back! Thought it rude. 😈

Cafe Nero has never learnt how to make a cup of tea, they use warm rather the boiling water. Other than that, cakes are reasonable and staff are fine (if very busy). If you after a hurried coffee, I'm sure it's fine, a relaxing cup of tea, then I'd advise against Nero.

It's caffe Nero. Clean store and friendly staff. Toilets would be a nightmare for anyone who is disabled as you need to go down very narrow steps.
