The staff at the Costa Lancaster Services southbound are totally incompetent. They got my order wrong, insisted on refunding it and putting it through again but made me wait at the back of the queue to do this. They spilt my drink. There were three people including the manager but only one person was ever doing anything. Meanwhile the queue built up. The manager was incredibly rude as were the other staff and she asked to see something with my sinature on when processing my refund! They didn’t clean the milk frothing tube at any point and the whole area was filthy and disorganised. Absolutely abysmal!

A nice place for spending time working or reading or just talking with friends. Coffee not so good and expensive and air conditioning too strong in summer

coffee (latte) was (very) weak, tasted like decaf... (or like needing an extra shot of espresso). Also, way too much room was left in the cup because it was not really filled with milk. Just like 3/4 or so... And NO milk for self-service to correct this... very unsatisfying when you don't get for your money what you were hoping for... will not visit this place again, cannot recommend it, there are much better places near by.
