A friend of mine who studied at Lancaster University 20 years ago recommended me this place, and I am so happy she did! It is still running and loved by many and I understand why. The atmosphere is lovely, warm, cozy, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Most importantly: the food is delicious. Every single ingredient in my plate was so fresh and rich in taste. The filter coffee is also excellent, and I had an almond/raspberry dessert which I still dream about.

Amazing place! I visited on a Saturday when it was very busy, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a table but that's not bad at all really, considering how great the food and staff were. I recommend the smoked tofu BLT - not usually a tofu fan but it was delicious and I had to resist buying a second. The carrot cake is also beautiful.

My sister recommended I visit here as the best place to get a cooked breakfast. Took a while to find it but it is worth looking. I ordered the full cooked breakfast which was excellent. Very relaxed atmosphere and was able to enjoy a fantastic meal. Highly recommended for vegetarians and vegans.

Wow! Never thought we would find a vegan cafe/restaurant with such a variety of dishes and desserts at such a good price! The place is very nice. Loved it!
