Convenient, comfortable and cool...forgive the alliteration but this Costa outlet has it all. Normally the welcome is warm and genuinely authentic...as is the coffee. It really is an excellent coffee shop Highly recommended!

Service is slow, Managers and supervisors are aware but too busy sitting, reading their newspapers sipping on coffee they havent paid for. Just bad from customer service perspective. Starbucks and Nero are faster and better. You might aswell put the self serving machine inside and have no staff will save owner £££'s

I call this place my second home in Manchester! My first coffee after moving to Manchester was here, my first coffee after moving into my new flat was here, my first coffee after I started my new job was here.....ya get the picture. Staff are always awesome including Emma and the other girl (I thinks shes Malaysian....but don't quote me) who's name always seems to slip my mind (god I sound awful haha) but she always remembers my order and chats about how her day is going. Keep up the amazing work guys!

Good's that it has free parking close by, the staff are quite good and it's clean and tidy.

One of the better Costas :-) Relaxing and clean with great service. It can get busy before a match but never too crowded. Still great in 2017 :-)
