Food quality is good, coffee is also good, staff are friendly, at none peak times it can be pleasant, however there are a couple of issues. Pricing - too expensive, and too variable, make your meal deals static and set in stone, I've paid 3 different prices for the same thing. Hygiene - please invest in a glass screen, and in the summer, a refrigerated counter. I've seen people cough and sneeze and there are piles of open sandwiches sat on the counter. In summer I can't imagine they stay within the safe temperature range. Unorganised - there can be 5 people working the counter, and still take too long and get the order wrong. Sort your system out, one sandwiches, one soups, one till duty, and one coffees. I just don't know how a simple order can be such a farce. It has potential to be a really nice cafe.

I work just round the corner from this cafe so frequently visit for breakfast and lunch etc. The staff are quite friendly which is good but the last few times I have really disappointed with my breakfast it's been mostly cold and on one occasion missing 2 items I had paid for on a takeaway breakfast. Yesterday we popped in around lunch and was told we had to pay £1 each just to sit at a table to eat it was also very cold in there. I think prices are a little expensive but it's what you come to expect from a city cafe. If they improve on the above I'll be happy to increase my star rating.

I have been a few times and it's good for a quick sandwich. The food is fresh, healthy and delicious. I'm a big coffee drinker, I would love to see more focus on coffee. Other than that, do go the people are really nice!

Really pissed off because when I first came to this place and had an amazing experience, the staff were friendly and attentive the food portions were large and quality was brilliant. This time I arrived and the cafe was blasting music, the quantity was far reduced and the staff seemed almost uninterested. I can recognise that the cafe was busy with workers from a nearby building site but that's no reason to run the place like a builders cafe! Even in a builders cafe you'd get a decent sized portion! I literally got one single mushroom for £0.50p and one small tomato for anotherx£0.50p and about four teaspoons of baked beans in the pictured container for another £0.50p. Truly awful experience.
