I have stayed at this lovely, homely b&b before and it’s now the only place we want to stay when visiting Norwich, the hosts Pam and Roger are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Our bedroom overlooked the beautiful back garden which is so tranquil and everything you could possibly need is in the room and even if it wasn’t I know that I could ask , we will definitely return to this charming place for relaxed stay in future.

Stayed here for two nights, on a weekend away to visit Norwich. Very well located to the city centre. Room was big enough with a good sized bathroom. Room contained a microwave, small fridge and TV with Netflix! Also the usual tea making facilities, with a variety of tea/coffee and water too. Tried a local fish and chip shop for dinner on the first night, and were able to eat in the room as plates and cutlery were provided in the room. Nice to be able to choose your own breakfast, using a form, the night before. Breakfast was great, well cooked and a good sized portion. Definitely set us up for a day looking at antiques! Would definitely recommend a stay here, and would use again.

The hosts are very friendly. The double room in was in was beautiful and spacious, the only downside was that the room was not properly clean, there were cobwebs in the top corners of the walls, by the lamp and also by the sink. The towels that I used also had stain marks on them. Other than that the guest house was fit for purpose and very welcoming. I arrived later than the expected time and the owner waited to welcome me in.
