Very clean room & although we had a great view of McDonald's drive thru it was a pleasant stay.nI had to go to reception for an extra bath towel & the Lady on reception Annabel who was very welcoming & helpful when we arrived was only too happy to help.nA very polite & pleasant Lady who is a credit to your company.
Standard Premier Inn just five minutes walk from Norwich Airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Equally standard Brewers Fayre pub next door which had friendly service. Bit of a queue to check in, WiFi was a bit naff, and my bathroom air vent was super noisy but otherwise no real complaints. Would recommend if flying to/from the airport.
I was looking for a room available last minute, everywhere else was fully booked, here they were full too but luckily the lovely night reception I think her name was Karen, did everything possible and managed to give one of the emergency room. Bare in mind was 1am. She was so helpful and kind Thank you very much
The staff was friendly…nBut the hotel is dated and shows it at every turn. Speaking of turns the building is a maze of narrow hallways ways and numerous fire doors. If you mobility issues this not place for you. The room was rather basic but the bed was comfortable and as others have mentioned rather warm and stuffy. My employer chose this hotel but if I had to stay more than one night I probably would have found a different hotel.
What an amazing place this Premier Inn is. There truly is not another one like it in the UK. All of the other Premier Inns should really be like this one. The staff here treat their guests like family. They bring a warm and welcoming atmosphere and spirit to the place. The staff truly care about the community they have created. This is thanks to an incredible Manager with fantastic leadership. Cheri Manager is an amazing woman. She has built a beautiful community that keeps us and others coming back time and time again. She remembers even the smallest details and moments about her guests. As someone with disabilities and travelling with other disabled people wheelchair and dementia as well as epilepsy to name a couple. It makes us feel safe and cared for. I know that if I have a seizure the staff will make sure I am safe. My mum in law loves seeing the staff. Mon Evening desk staff goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need on a night. Always smiling always happy. She is so warm and friendly it makes you so glad to be here. Laura Overnight Desk Staff is amazing she goes out of her way to make sure you are safe throughout the night. Making sure that you get the famous ‘Great Nights Sleep’. As an insomniac I am often up and down smoking throughout the night. Anna Morning Front Desk is amazing and knows so much about the area. No problem is to much trouble. To be fair all the staff know so much about the area and can advise on things to do in the area. They are so helpful and knowledgeable it’s unbelievable. I can not stress how amazing the staff are here. Premier Inn should truly be so so proud of this hotel. Cheri is such an amazing manager and has built such a strong team, its a true pleasure coming and staying.nnThe rooms are huge. Always clean. The beds are so comfortable you will keep hitting your snooze button. If you want more Tea, Coffee, sugar etc it is on front desk. Need more towels no problem just ask. Extra pillows are in the wardrobe. A fan is in the room. But also remember the room temperature buttons are on the wall. The shower is out of this world. You are not going to want to leave the shower. The bath is also nice and deep so go lay down and soak for a while.
