Hotel comfortable. Staff very professional and helpful. Rooms okay. Breakfast another matter. Would expect better considering the price of the rooms. Not much choice. We stayed in a Holiday inn express elsewhere in Norwich and it was far superior.

Smoking rooms? I didn't know they were still allowed. Hotel stunk. Service was terrible from front desk to the cafe area... fire alarm went off at 2 am and the staff were clueless as to what to do, hotel guests were good at giving them tips of what to do! that said if spit and sore dust is your thing this place is great.... albeit over priced for what it is. If this place was renovated, staff trained appropriately and they got rid of the smoking rooms it would be an ideal place to stay for a couple of nights as the surrounding area has good facilities that could be used, gym, restaurants, asda superstore etc.

Lovely and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff on reception. In a decent location, only about 10min drive into the city centre, with buses available into the centre as well. 

The first morning we had breakfast the tables were not being cleared and the food was not being replenished. However on the second morning they were much more efficient, so the morning staff can be hit and miss. 

Overall a pleasant stay.

Great team at reception, rooms surprising as the lobby isn't great. Food menu poor and leaves alot to be desired. Almost feels like they are sponsored by tesco ready meals! But honestly, the hotel is spotless, the team very friendly and attentive, rooms clean and comfortable so the only downside is plan to eat elsewhere.

Parking is very limited due to sharing with leisure centre. As a is very close and also shares this car park. Hotel is generally OK, small bar and restaurant with basic menu. Overall OK.
