Booked our first holiday with Copelands to Scarborough and had a fabulous time. Craig was our driver and from pick up to drop off was helpful, courteous and great fun..We stayed at the Boston hotel which was brill...food, staff all great. IWe will most certainly be booking again and can't thank you enough for making our first trip very memorable.

We hadn't been anywhere with Copeland's before and me,my mum and aunty went to Bury Market with them. We parked the car at the depot. The coach left on time and our driver John was very friendly and helpful to the people who struggled with the steps on the coach. Will definitely be going out with Copeland's again.

I've worked at Copeland's now for over 6 years and have to say I've never been so settled in a job as I do now, we all work really well together and feels like a proper family, I look forward to my future with Copeland's tours

this weekend we had the pleasure of taking a few days in llandudno,6/8 August 2022 the hotel was the four oaks situated on the sea front, we needed a room suitable for my walking disabilities and wanted a sea view it was sorted by copelands i will leave a separate review for the hotel, from start to finish what a brilliant weekend, our driver who I just forget his name, but you will recognise as he's outgrown his hair  and his wife is probably in labour by now, was first class, our baggage loaded on and off the coach he explained every detail took us on a little detour to save us waiting around to get into our rooms, gave us water on the coach, took another detour as the M6 as it was blocked 1 hour delays, there's good coach operators and there's copelands no comparison I'm ready to book again with them thankyou 5***** remembered coach drivers name Craig.

First time away by myself copelands office staff were great when booking said there were others on their own. Made friends with the other two ladies, sat together for meals and went to the entertainment in the evening, brilliant holiday would recommend.

Prompt service with a lovely driver who made the day out very enjoyable..a credit to Copelands. We will book again for other trips and highly recommended.

Great driver on torquay run he is so helpful  ..could do with a few more like him well done Copeland top makes all round      .....forgot to name Dave a really nice guy....

This year my friend and I have been with Copeland's to Llandudno on numerous occasions. And more booked for next month. Every Driver we have had has been courteous and an exceptional Driver. The food at the Four Oaks is to die for. Try the Yorkshire puddings huge. The gravy to die for. That is why we go with Copeland's.

Was offered the choice of seats on the coach and also options to request room facilities may be more limited when almost full Confirmation letter which I  had to return asked questions regarding my health and dietary requirements.

Perfect for days out on their immaculate coaches, and with an interesting selection of destinations, I always look forward to a trip with Copelands. The drivers are friendly, smart and highly professional at all times. Highly recommended independent business.
