The sales assistant was a little pushy and once she knew what our budget was kept trying to increase it by at least 300 £ which I felt was not called for as the budget was reasonable.

we have been mis sold a holiday with this branch and despite hours of visits and phone calls we have been told there is nothing that they are willing to do. There are extensive notes on their system detailing conversations which confirm what I have told the manager and deputy manager. To add insult to injury there has now been a sickness outbreak at the resort and it is over run with mosquitoes. They will not provide  contact details for higher management, only a foreign call centre which passes me back to the branch. Disgraceful service, our family have booked with this branch on many occasions, NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

Never deal with Thomson or TUI ever! They'll give you sweet talk whilst buying but once your all booked they'll treat you like scum. Cheaper with an online travel agent as long as you can print your own tickets but can save about £180 compare to this joke of a company.

Poor service 
No communication 
Lots of booking mistakes
I had to run around all the time. 
No correct email information 
People were nice

Don't use this branch speak to you all nice until late they have your money then are rude if u need change anything, always a wait if you go in because they are under staffed !!!
