I visited the Tui Stafford store yesterday and spoke to Julie Lavender about changing my holiday to a different location and adding a person onto my booking. She was so helpful and catered to all our needs no matter how difficult they were. by the end of seeing Julie we had booked a new holiday to Morocco with the extra person added as well as some excursions booked. Everyone in the store was very welcoming and kind

Had a lovely experience with assistant manager Frankie, who was welcoming, friendly, caring and considerate in ensuring I book the best holiday with the best price. Frankie led on his experiences with the company and gave amazing recommendations to give me the very best holiday experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and would highly recommend going into store from now on, and asking for Frankie. Fabulous experience and I am excited to book my next one.

Went in today to change my Christmas holiday; even though I was past the date for a free change they were really helpful in ringing on my behalf  I had booked on the Internet and securing me a free change. Then all three of them helped me out in booking an alternative holiday, which was no mean feat considering the limited availability. They used their considerable knowledge in helping me select the right hotel for my family and  managed to get us in the Premium cabin for our flights even at this late date. Big thank you to Emily and her two colleagues.

I have spoken with Julie Lavender, Manager of TUI Stafford many times booking Cruises and Holidays to various locations around the world and have never been disappointed, I have again recently booked a Cruise for 2024 from Barbados back to Palma.  Julie was knowledgeable, professional and her customer service was excellent. We went in to TUI today to enquire about some costs and options for our honeymoon. We were greeted by Emily and I cannot fault the service, she offered multiple options, and quotes and wrote lots of information down for us. She assured us she would let us know once the 2025 dates are launched and would be happy to book us in! Thank you so much Emily, you made the process super easy

i visited the Stafford Tui store and had Julie Lavender help me out with booking a holiday. when i went in i didn’t know exactly what i wanted but she helped me narrow down all the places i could go keeping my budget in mind. she was very helpful and weighed in with some of her own experiences as it would be my first time flying out of the country. I am pleased to say my holiday is booked for this year and am so pleased with Julie

I contacted Julie Lavender at TUI Stafford regarding a 70th Birthday Present which was a 14 Day holiday to Mauritius.  She couldn’t have been more helpful with finding us an All Inclusive, Hotel and Flights and giving us advice.  Frankie was also brilliant with seeing to the booking. Great Service beyond what was expected by both Julie and Frankie.  Now I’m looking forward to my 70th Birthday Present to Mauritius.  Thank you TUI Stafford

We visited the store on Saturday to look for our first holiday abroad as a family. We were looked after by Julie. She was amazing listened to what we were after and found us several options that met our requirements, needless to say we booked there and then! Thank you so much Julie we are so excited for our first family holiday

I wouldnt go anywhere else to book a holiday. The team at this branch are always happy to help. Amy was brilliant and very friendly! Would recommend to anyone
