Over the last 6 years I have bought three new cars from Noel at Cooper MINI Norwich. On each occasion Noel has provided outstanding customer service which is the reason why I always ask to deal with him, and fortunately enough he has been there each time to help me! I have found that Noel is friendly, completely honest and upfront and has always gone the extra mile to give me the best deal that he possibly can. In all honesty the customer service received by Noel is qute a rarity nowadays and this is partly why I stay loyal to MINI.

I originally found my new MINI on Auto Trader where I was able to compare amongst a few. I chose a car and called Norwich MINI where Jon answered. He was enthusiastic, polite and very obliging, answering my questions with knowledge and understanding to all my queries. He got back to me immediately after checking some details out that he needed to confirm. 
Having had a MINI before for a number of years and living on the Isle of Wight I had not much choice but to deal with Snows MINI who over 12 years did not give me the confidence in them that Jon showed in the last week when purchasing a new MINI!  I thoroughly recommend this branch of the Cooper dealership. *****

After much searching around the country we eventually found the Used Mini we wanted that met all of our requirements. Cooper Mini Norwich Garages, and in particular, Lee Craske from the Sales Team couldn't have been more helpful. The process went smoothly and we are delighted with our purchase and the whole way it was handled.

We didn't get as far as the showroom (spending £20k) the switchboard   could not put me through to anyone as they were all busy, said they would ring back later or tomorrow, they didn't....I phoned back, got through to sales who then could not  find the car as advertised on the website...she said assume its sold, no follow up she just wanted to get off the phone.

Why whoever owns this dealer does not mystery shop sales on a saturday afternoon is beyond me, because if they did they would be horrified.

We spent our £23k at Listers the next day in Kings Lynn.

I went in with my Partner to buy a Mini this morning. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. But the guy that we were appointed to was miserable, moody, very unhelpful, and didn’t seem to want to help us. He went upstairs and left us sitting for ages not knowing what was going on. So we just walked out. We are now heading to a different car garage. Not a good experience. Clearly didn’t want to sell us a car.
