Extremely rude staff membersmy bad review for office desk staff only, because security people in this place really helpful. They try their best to assist everyone. Office staff members are wasting time, slow and with the smallest issue instead of trying to help they go against you in a rude way and they tell you to make another appointment, they dont understand we may travel 2-3-4-5 hours away from this consulatebecause this is the only turkish consulate in Scotland, instead of understanding their citizen, they are careless and rude, it took 3 appointments to solve a simple procedure. At the end one of the senior / supervisor solved and complete my simple situation. Speacially 1 short girl with specs in the office extremely rude to people, she start shouting and then crying to her colleague when she is frustrated God knows why. Must be short girl syndrome.
Very helpful staff.excellent service.they do whatever they can to make your jobs go smooth and done.i was late because of cancellation and delays of trains and gave them a ring and the gentleman at front door helped and the ladies working at office helped.amazing people.they are very polite and professional.they do best for us.dont bother negative comments.everyone is so helpfull and nice.5 star plus galaxy x
Nothing happens on time there. I always wait more than 1 hour whenever I go. If you wouldn’t follow the timetable, what’s the point of making appointments?? Also Staff always unfriendly, they act like we serve them, not they serve us.
I travel 3 hours to come to my appointment and they are never on time. Ended up waiting another 2 hours to be served. Appointment system is very poor and slow. Nobody cares for the people waiting to be served.
There is notary and other services. They work great. Only problem is the waiting time for notary because people's requests might be completely different and intensive. It is not the problem caused by staff there. Just bear on mind this situation if you plan to buy a return ticket etc not to miss it.

Staff was very welcoming and respectful. I applied for our new ID cards, registered my dual citizenship and collected my son's new passport. We also changed our home address, everything was done within 40 minutes. I was delighted to see that the staff were very helpful and understanding, excellent service.
I made an appointment weeks ago and I booked my accommodation nearby. I travelled 200miles, arrived at my appointment early, only to find out they couldn't process my application. They accepted my appointment specifically for this application, and they even sent me reminder emails. They failed to inform me when I made my appointment or before I travelled weeks after booking the appointment that I had to go to London to do this, since I lived in Manchester. They are happy for their citizens to waste their money and time and limited holidays. I am just another ashamed citizen.
Very helpful staff!And manager at the background very kindly told me go get new photos to process the my application!Thank you very much for giving me extra time!
People are polite, very helpful, and professional. You may need to wait a little bit it’s because they go over every detail and get things done properly.
