Not helpful at all! I can't get an appointment until 13 days before traveling! I'm Iranian and it always takes me about 3 weeks to get my VISA back from date of applying. Contacted them multiple times regarding this. I'm afraid they don't care at all.

Super friendly and efficient staff. Were able to answer all questions speedily and even had time for a laugh and a chat. Genuinely positive experience. Thanks to everyone at the consulate's office - you really made my day :-)

Brilliant Service. The staff is helpful, very polite, always willing to collaborate for all consular matters to work well. All in all, a greatly efficient and professional service. All my visa applications with them have been smooth, easy and straightforward.
