Germany embassy situated near by to Hay Market . Walking distance from the station. People over there quote helpful and they helped us throughout the process of application. It was cash only and we didn't bring the cash. They did the process and given the map of Cash machine near by. 
Overall application took hardly 10 mins and every was smooth and guided. 
You have to be very punctual about the time of your appointment and at least reach over there 10 mins before. There is sitting constraints inside as it is too small.
