No one answers the phone, rude staff, trying to get an appointment sorted and system keeps telling me there is no dates available all the time. Also working 5 hours a day? Ridiculous. Avoid if you can

Finally something changed...it has been my first visit after a long time and there was a new staff more nicer then previous so there is a chance that maybe something is going on the right direction

While the passport application and collection process went smooth I have been disappointed by lack of appropriate process to confirm trusted profile in ePUAP. I was trying to solve this matter when collecting the brand new passport. I have checked the website to ensure there is no requirement to book an appointment or something before arrival and found only passport applications requires appointment / pre-booking.
On arrival I have been informed that ONLY the Consul can confirm my trusted profile in ePUAP and by appointment only and even if in the way of exception she could do it, she was away (while one of the official was hesitating and probably could help, the other one, more senior one instructed said no).
I leave 60miles from the Consulate and wasn't fancy to take another half day off and drive there to see the consul for 5 minuts and show her the passport I have collected from their office.

Worse than disappointed. 
Website not working as should be, can't make an appointment for passport, no one happy to help.
