Story

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing holistic therapy which can assist the body to activate its own healing, both physically and emotionally. You don't have to be ill to have Reflexology. It is a complementary therapy to help relax, balance and harmonise the body.
I also offer various massage therapies & Hopi ear candling.

Catherine is a wonderful Reflexologist with an amazing touch. I had a foot and hand treatment, which were incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. I can't recommend Catherine highly enough.

I went to see Catherine after a recommendation from my husband who had seen her the week before and was enthusing about how great it made his feet feel after reflexology, I must say I was not disappointed, the atmosphere was calming and the reflexology was superb, definately recommend

I happened upon Catherine's reflexology service by pure chance when another appointment was cancelled in the same centre. 

Now that I have found her there is no looking back. I visit every few weeks and always drift off into a relaxing sleep whilst Catherine does her wonders with my feet. 

Excellent value for money, service and truly relaxing and re-energising!

My back was really tight and sore and had been for many months. As many people find when they get a muscular issue they ignore it or start on a horrendously costly course or chiropractic/oestopathy/physio BUT i can tell you one session of a back massage with Catherine is all thats needed. 2 months on and my back is feeling great -  THANK YOU

I have to say this was honestly the best reflexology treatment I have ever had and I will be back!! Cathy you will have to brave my feet alot more often from now on! Cathy is such a lovely kind and friendly therapist she made me feel totally at ease and played relaxing music throughout the treatment. I also thought the prices were really reasonable. Thanks a million xx
