As a leisure member love it here. Superb friendly staff on leisure side as well as in bar. Good facilities and set times for adult only use of pool. Good size changing room with multiple showers. Plenty of parking. Has a Starbucks as well as bar and restaurant. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Booked a Groupon deal for day Spa with 2 beauty treatments. Very professional beauticians with lovely treatments. Used the gym and did Body balance class. Excellent teacher. Lunch was in the bar (extra cost). Swim in the pool with sauna and steam room. Very friendly and helpful people (staff and other spa users). Free parking. Beauty rooms are being decorated soon.  Would happily go back again.

We had a really comfortable stay. The rooms are comfortable and they look newly refurbished. 

The hotel had a nice bar and Starbucks if you fancy a coffee. 

There is plenty of parking and you are close to the main motorway into and out of town. 

We got a cab into town and it cost about £10 from the hotel. 

Breakfast was nice - reasonable selection of food depending on what you fancied from cereals to fry up. Service was a little slow and they seemed to have run out of food, cups and plates at one point.

I have been to this establishment many times. 
Spa day
Gym and fitness 
Coffee at the Starbucks in the lobby 
Weekend stay 
Wedding reception 
Funeral wake
It is local to me and really does accommodate to suit your needs.
The only reason I have taken a star is because when I was on my spa day, I had to have lunch in the bar in the lobby with people drinking alcohol and watching football. 
All other times my visits have been faultless.
Disabled access. Lift. Plenty of parking. Excellent transport links as very close to buses.

Had sunday dinner here. Starter and main was lovely. Cold meats and prawn salad pate etc for starters. Choice of meats and veg for main on a help yourself basis. Roast potatoes unfortunately kept in a steamer so not crispy and Yorkshire puds just left on side to go cold. Gravy was watery but tasty. Lots of choices for dessert but nothing that really took my fancy. Would come back for the main and starter though.
