The staff were very nice however the hotel is not as plush as it first seems. Our room faced the carpark and the window do not stop any noise so it sounded as if it was open and cars doors slapped late into the night. When we closed the window the room became very damp with windows steaming up even though we did not use shower. Spa looks very nice however on close inspection it has tiles missing no lights in Jacuzzi so you can not see the steps (dangerous) the grate in the salt room is just sat on drain and it slipped off when I stood on it hurting my foot. Tiles in steam room are missing and edges are extremely sharp only 2 changing rooms in ladies side and very little space elsewhere to get changed. Showers in changing room were not very clean either. Food was good but the hair in my cooked breakfast was not a good sign. On the whole I would not recommend it or use it again. Very disappointed as price was £225 for double room and breakfast not worth the money.

Had a lovely 5* meal on new years day at the Jetty. We were a party of six and had the best time possible. Staff were great but it was the food that stole the show! Absolutely fantastic and exceptional quality. Will definitely eat here again!

Very disappointed with my latest visit to the Harbour Spa. I booked a couple's spa day which included use of spa facilities and a treatment each. Don't get me wrong the facilities are good, but when we first arrived the jacuzzi was out of order and in the salt steam room there was open pipe work fizzing out the salt water which did not make it relaxing in the slightest. And in my opinion there was too many people using these facilities all at the same time, as it is quite a small spa area. 

They also pride themselves on providing you with a selection of teas and fruit throughout your day, in which the fruit bowl was empty all afternoon. Once back in the changing rooms there was no shampoo or conditioner in the showers, and the complimentary body lotion bottle was empty, so I left the spa stinking of chlorine and having dry skin. It's the attention to details that matter and on this occasion the spa was lacking this massively.

 Very disappointed, was not £180 well spent.

Beautiful hotel facing Christchurch quay. Fantastic spa facilities and treatment options at a reasonable price. Spaceous rooms with excellent sea views. Fantastic in-house restaurant serving a varied menu. Friendly staff, on site parking and easy access by car to coastline.

Absolutely lovely hotel, the spa was great, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast was good We had a small room but it had everything we needed and a super comfy bed The Nespresso machine was a bonus!
