Good but doesn't accept Oyster cards to leatherhead

A modern railway station on the scenic Mole Valley Line. It was the last railway station in Great Britain to have 'Swash Swosh' ticket barriers!

Pretty standard train station, just make sure to buy a ticket if travelling to this station as it does not take oyster/contactless!

This train station is a joke. The first time I went there I got a £20 fine from a very rude staff and also had to pay the full £7.80 for the incomplete journey, just because this station is not in the oyster zone.
 The trains are delayed too frequently, southern railway provides a poor service as usual. Never again. I'd rather take the bus from the nearby bus stop even if it takes twice as long as the train.
