I bought a pair of Vans by the site and the shoelaces came wrong, I've been waiting for more than a week to receive the correct ones and I have no plans to receive, really bad service, the sellers do not know anything, besides I was informed that they will deliver similar shoelaces, as it does not have the originals of the ad photo, lousy! I do not recommend!

Had foot problems and spent ages trying on the right trainers ,  2 young woman were so attentive and kind to me and didnt make me feel like a boring old middle age woman ! One of young assistants said we got all day for you to make up youre mind ! Dont worry ! Excellent service ,  sadly dying out in other stores in bmth .... i now buy all my shoes here
