Ok to Clarks so perhaps an image problem but well worth checking out the new lines fantastic and it's clocks so very well made and extremely comfortable don't be put off by the name

A little under staffed. There was only one assistant upstairs helping in the kids section and it was busy. But we got seen to eventually. The assistant was very helpful and friendly

Excellent customer service given by Janice. She went extra mile. She was very helpful and she is very professional. I really like Clarks, the shoes last for long and they have very nice designs!

Got an absolute bargain there and talked to a lovely member of staff. It seems that the company isn't doing well and I was sad to hear there was so much pressure on her job despite that she had worked for over two decades there.
