I've trained a lot of large stores in customer service to a high level. The experience in this store is far from acceptable, pressure sales all the way here with a very uncomfortable attitude when I decided not to buy. Went in their Bath store today and received excellent friendly service so bought two pairs of shoes. Will not be returning to the Bournemouth store even though I live there.
