Extremely rude!!! The manager was unapologetic for not catching a price mistake and when I came back to see what the price problem was she just simply said “ it happens”. Never have I had service like that before. When I was trying understand why a deal didn’t go through properly for the buy 3 get 3 free she was rude and spoke down to me as if I should understand, when it wasn’t my mistake but the cashier that checked me out.
They refused to do my daughters ears because she was 2 days short of three months, EVEN Though she has had her shots and I have the records?? What's the difference in 2 days??? I just drove 25 mins to get there and that's the service I get.. So much for supporting local. So sorry to inconvenience you with your job.
Great store to pick up a few hair pieces and stocking stuffers. They had some great sales and I found exactly what I was looking for.
Lots of jewelery and fidgit toy varieties. Ear piercing service but done with piercing gun which sometimes gets stuck, and they don't do wee kids both ears at the exact same time.
Excellent job piercing my five year old daughter's ears. Friendly and professional. The staff were very knowledgeable about piercings and what jewelry my daughter should wear. Free starter kit with piercing.
I had my ears pierced by Jess and she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, she was extremely professional but also very welcoming! will definitely be going back! Jess is the best!!!
They will get you ready for a piercing then they'll tell you they ran out of all the cheapest earrings so you have to buy the most expensive ones, they will give you 2 options in terms ear solutions to buy but only have the more expensive available & force you to buy it Horribly ran business and very deceiving
My daughter loves this store. Hard to navigate as a tall man though. Staff very nice and friendly.
Beware of the buy 3 get 3 sale. I always end up going back and grabbing items that were more expensive than my originals.
Claire's was awesome. Was there today with my niece and found everything we needed. Great store
