I visit Cineworld High Wycombe a lot as an Unlimited member, and while I generally enjoy the experience, there are a couple of things that could be improved. I wish there were more shows for Bollywood movies, as the selection feels quite limited compared to other locations. Also, the escalators are often out of order, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with mobility issues or carrying snacks. That said, the staff is friendly, and the cinemas are clean and comfortable. With a few adjustments, this could be an even better experience.nnPlease make the escalators work! PLEASE!
Only good part was the Film, not the cinema itself.nnWent to the cinema today to watch WICKED!nSeats were comfy and film was amazing.nnLobby area was untidy. Food on the chairs and floor, screens not working and billboards of the films were damaged. Staff were chatting amongst themselves instead of working or tidying. Definitely felt that the cinema was not looked after or cared about.nStaff didn’t even say “enjoy the film”
The cinemas not bad, buts not amazing either. It definitely needs a facelift.nnRecliner chairs are in almost every Vue, odeon and showcase ive been too and are definitely needed here.nnThe projectors are also showing there age, definitely not as high quality as odeon or showcases.
This website is rubbish. You try to see what's on and you get one or two films at best. You try to book a seat for a wheelchair user and it will let you have any seat but one that is for wheelchair users. Sort this out, there are other cinemas out there
I have been going to this cinema for a long time now and have always had a great time! The staff, atmosphere and the food has always been perfect! I have never had a bad time!nnWent to see it ends with us the other day as well! What a amazing film! 10/10!
