Refused to honour the early week special drink and popcorn deal for £5 on a Tuesday afternoon 27/02/24 and was advertised behind the food counter see photo. The advert clearly shows the deal is available on Mondays to Wednesdays. They insisted I upgrade to the regular drink and popcorn deal for £11 instead. Completely unfair.
Well laid out 12 screen cinema, across three floors as part of the Eden shopping center High Wycombe. Parking could be better organised, and three little words or sat nav codes would have helped locate the correct parking as cowboy car parking is also prevalent. We went for a cinema, we stayed for a day. Lots of shopping opportunities and restaurants etc. Well worth a day out with the family. Make sure your wallet is fully charged.
Went to the cinema this afternoon with my fiance. the movie was brilliant, however we sat in screen 9 and it was absolutely freezing. we were both sat there uncomfortably cold which ultimately ruined our movie experience. quite disappointing!
The staff are friendly and nice. I would visit the cinema more frequently if they didn't have the volume of the films so high. It is so loud that it is unbearable and causes myself and my family to get headaches. I used to visit the cinema at least once a week but I think I have been once in the past year solely because of the insane volume they insist on using for all films. I have asked for it to be turned down but they don't bother. I had to walk out after 20 minutes as I worried about my hearing being damaged.
We were rudely turned down at the door because we missed the cut off by 3 minutes. We were happily going to pay to watch the movie, but we were refused entry even tho there were plenty seats available and was not fully booked. It was terrible customer service and we will not be returning to any Cinaworld again. Don’t recommend
