Had a good experience watching Inside out 2 with kids. Recliner seats are awesome. Well maintained and the staffs were friendly. Toilets are clean.
Well presented business, spacious and comfortable recliner chairs. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy to locate and drive to from maps, difficult to see signage from roadside, look for costa coffee when parking in the car park which is very close to the building ;
We very much enjoyed our experience. We didn't buy any food or drink but we had the most comfortable reclining seats as a special treat for my birthday. However, we found that, when asking staff about the duration and interval time for our movie, they didn't know despite asking other staff and looking it up on the computer.
First the good: comfy reclining chairs as standard. Lots of space. The auditorium is nice.nBut one's experience is less so: the Aircon doesn't seem to be able to cope. And when you get hot and sweaty on leather chairs, you tend to stick to them. But even before you get into the auditorium, you have to go through a rather unpleasant entrance. It's meant to be more convenient to use the automated order boards, but they are difficult to get to work. Then, despite there being lots of staff behind the counter, there's only one who's actually serving, the rest are fulfilling orders. It just feels unwelcome and set up for the benefit of the company and not for either staff or patrons.
First time going to cinema with my younger daughter. The experience from the beginning to the end was gr8. Staff were always their for any queries. The recling seats are the best. Overall brilliant service from all the Staff.
