I went to vue Eastleigh tonight with my cousins who are BOTH 15, I am 16 they expected us to bring id with us. No 15 year old has id and I don’t think a parent would trust a 15 year old to carry their passport. Then we got sent to the tills and we got seen by a young lad. He made a comment about the id rule since the 60s and i was not born in the 60s and either was he so how would he know? We wasted an evening and spent a lot of money when I could have watch a film at home. I’m very very disappointed and angry. I recommend to not go here with your teenages because you will be turned away. I will recommend to go to show case or cineworld where this will not be an issue!!!
Had a great time at vue despite my mistake of booking the wrong tickets, but the staff managed to save the day for me and my kids. I’ve been served multiple times by the hijabi lady at the cinema and her service was excellent. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful with tickets and food deals, making the experience really pleasant regardless of the cost of popcorn. Great service, great team
Just want to say a massive thank you and well done to the staff. Today i took my daughters to the cinema where my daughter suddenly become unwell and thew up in the main area! The staff didn’t hesitate to come over help and make us feel so at ease! Getting a bucket glass of water and getting us to a toilet! Most amazing customer service
Vue Cinema at the Swan Centre in Eastleigh is a fantastic spot for a family movie outing! The venue is always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the screens & sound quality are top-notch. We’ve had some great experiences here, and the kids absolutely love it.nThey’re already excited and counting down the days to come back and watch Sonic 3 here.... it’s become their favourite cinema! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable cinema experience.
If you gave me a choice of watching the Extended edition of Lord of The rings in a Sauna, or Vue Eatleigh screen 3, I'd choose the sauna as it would be alot cooler. 4 hours in a screen with hard seats and an entire room of warm breath isn't for the faint hearted. Can't wait for the next two that I have booked.
