I was worried when I had a first visit due to the negative reviews. Had a great experience as soon as walked in the door. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great range of food and drink. Plenty of toilet facilities which were clean and tidy. Went into screen 5 and found no faults at all. Very reasonable ticket prices. Will definitely be returning.
Absolutely disgustingnHadn't been to the cinema in a while so thought we’d treat ourselves to ‘luxury seats’ @ £7.99 each. There were 3 of usnOn arrival, 15 minutes before the trailers were starting we were greeted with empty drink cartons, sweets on the chairs, floors and general rubbish everywhere.nClearly the cleaning crew hadn’t been in.nI went to find the manager when x4 staff came in with bags and brushes!n10 or so minutes later they were done walking on chair seats in the process.nWhy do they ask us the leave our rubbish so they can recycle.nIt was totally unacceptable.nnAnd on another no the luxury chairs were so uncomfortable with hardly any padding it also added to the unpleasant experiencennShame on the Vue
Great cinema but poor experience. When you spend £32 on 2 hot dogs, 2 bags of sweets and 2 XL Coke Zero’s I expect it to be great quality. The drinks which came from the same dispenser had no taste. Got an email from Vue requesting feedback which I gave and at no point did they ask about food/drink quality , just presentation!!!!!!!!!nNext time won’t be buying food/drinks.nBTW The dogs and sweets were good.
The best cinema experience in the area. Seats are very comfortable and the toilets and the place it self is very accessible. The only downside is that the adverts and trailers before a film start are too long and sometimes people talk during films which can be irritating for most people. Also, I'd suggest buying food and snacks in one of the local shops such as Tesco because the food here is very overpriced.
A bit pricey, as are all cinemas, but not as bad as some. Clean, tidy environment and lovely staff. Shout out to Dani who served us - nothing was too much trouble, thoughtful and super helpful; a real asset to the team.
