What a worse experience ever watching black panther. First of all lights above stayed on dim. Secondly I was sitting near to the back and had people in front of me blocking my view with there heads??? Thirdly center speaker very low. Just about made out what was said. Signs to where screens are a nightmare. Honestly what a terrible cinema experience. Never coming to this place again with family. One more thing no one on the floors to say which way to go or to even show tickets. I could have watched the movie free.

We went to see maze runner. Going up easy coming down if disabled not so easy. People hanging around inside not watching films. Dirty carpets. And bought some foam bananas and jelly babies from pick n mix and they where like concerete. Basically off.

Not exactly what I would describe as the classic cinema experience. In fact, this establishment is now the reason I no longer go to cinemas. From the extremely overpriced food and drink to the low standards of cleanliness, customer service and atmosphere. It has become to go to destination for gangs of teenagers safe in the knowledge that their behaviour will go unchallenged. It gets two stars only because it is close enough that I can take the nieces and nephews if we are stuck for something to do. But only at a pinch. If we have more time to plan then we'll chose elsewhere.

Tried to watch the Last Jedi, but the lights did not go down. I waited for a pause in the action and went to the foyer to ask that they were dimmed. A nice guy on the till asked his colleague (who should have been on the other till but was too busy talking to a girl) to solve it for us. He never appeared and eventually I moved to a seat with a poor view because the lighting was broken in that area. When I left the screening 2 hrs later the guy who should have dimmed the lights was still chatting to the same girl! Absolutely ridiculous service - I won't be going there again.

I am appauled, I have never seen a cinema so neglected as this. Does Slough not deserve basic hygiene? The floors were carpeted in litter and popcorn on all levels, the toilets likewise in toilet paper, doors and taps hanging off! As for reading another review about overpriced food, I would't begin to eat food from there. Empire you should be ashamed, this is 2018 not 1818!!!
