Very disappointing and not very warm welcome. The room wasn't a double as described more of a single. Shower/ toilet was dirty. The car park was a mission to get into as well as maneuvering and parking due to the restrictive space. Breakfast was average no thrills.

The room was fairly sized, house was overall very clean and quiet, everything in the house worked as advertised and the owners were very polite.
