Booked the car for 10am and arrived at 9am. Abruptly told to go away and come back in an hour. Returned car and was advised there was a 'new' chip in the windscreen. Barely noticeable. I'm pretty sure it was already there and was conveniently missed off the damage report. I didn't notice it when I checked the car (my fault) so got billed for £100. My advice would be to thoroughly check the car over and that includes any tiny little mark on the windscreen. I strongly suspect I wasn't the first person to have missed this and been subject to a £100 charge. If you hire a Black Audi A4 Avant ... be warned.

I had originally ordered a premium rental, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, that kind of car. None was available when my flight arrived. What I ended up getting was a nearly new (4,987) miles, 2017 Volvo V90 D5!! Very nice to say the least, it even smelled brand new. Thank you, Eddine!
Diesel fuel costs $6.00 per gal near the airport, for all of you Americans like me. 01/03/2018

Had to wait for about 30 minutes but they did upgrade us for no extra cost. Good qauilty car and friendly staff

Slow service at pickup, the car had not been cleaned inside, crisp packets and drink bottles on the floor. I even had to put air in one of the tyres. There are plenty of other rental companies in the same building.
