We had a lovely dinner at Chez Vous on a Tuesday night. It was our first trip and we will definitely return. The staff were friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The food was lovely, well presented, tasty and good value (we had the two for one 3 courses for £42). I am gluten intolerant but I hate having a flag waved over my head highlighting the 'fussy eater' in the room so I was very very happy that the menu marks up the dishes that have gluten in. The other big tick on the gluten free front is that I emailed ahead to see if they do a gluten free french fry...I was told no but then they contacted me an hour later to inform me that with notice, the chef can do them. We had a 50ml carafe of Gigondas at a very reasonable price of £22. We finished out evening off with a drink in the bar - nice area, brightly lit though! My one negative - no Fever Tree tonic for my gin! Otherwise, very happy customers! Thank you Chez Vous

Good French food. Service friendly. Good could have been hotter. Think they just need a little more focus on the food and a little less on the number of customers coming through the door and they would be really successful.

Very disappointed with the overall service. I have been many times over the past 5 years and couldn’t believe how much the restaurant had degraded. Drinks were not carried through from the bar to the restaurant. Service was pushy and not relaxing as it has been always. Head waiter stank of cigarettes which really was not pleasant. Plates and cutlery were dropped to the table and not placed. All served on the left instead of the right. Attitude of service was terrible, one waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for 5 more minutes to choose dessert. This is somewhere we would go as a family and bring guest consistently. However after tonight’s experience we will not be coming back and not be recommending this to anyone. Very disappointed!!!

Went on tasting night which was special offer ....food was great. Beef on this night was tender but needed a bit more juice....other than that all was good. Good atmosphere, would say quite smart.

Nice restaurant in a pleasant setting in Warlingham. The tasting menu on Friday night represents the best value for money by far. Otherwise expect to pay central London prices. The food however would haappily compete with central London establishments. Some really good cooking and decent service from the front of house .
