Odd mushroom risotto starter with rice piled high & mushrooms and parmesan on top. Lamb main was very tender. Vegetables cost extra. They brought bread & olives we didn't order & charged for both. Then whipped both away after first course. Lager and lime had a little container of lime brought much later than the beer & charged separately. Though not finished it was taken away with the beer glass & a second brought & charged. Tables are small & chairs are uncomfortable. Service was amateurish - we didn't know who was waiting on our table, everyone had a go. Expensive for what it was, would not recommend nor return.

Called in years ago and left, staggered at the prices. Took my wife there this evening for our 47th anniversary and it was excellent. The food was delicious and the service very pleasant and professional. The wine was excellent too and surprisingly reasonably priced. We will go there again definitely but not with anybody else, definitely a place for romantics.

Lovely French resturant. Reasonably expensive but I think the standard justifies it.

A good restaurant, has improved a lot recently, but try and avoid going when the owner is around.
