Outstanding service! My only worry is that you, the reader, will not believe how good these people are. I knew which bike i wanted but i also knew what modifications it needed for me to ride it. No sucking through teeth. No, "Are you sure? Do you know what you are talking about?" Russell asked Kevin to OK the modification and he said, "OK." When i picked the bike up it was everything i hoped it would be. Helpful, friendly, efficient................. I could go on but I think you can see why Chevin Cycles, Skipton is now my GOTO bike shop. Thanks again lads!

Great place, as soon I walked in to the shop we were greated with a friendly employer. When I mentioned what my issue was straight away I was given options and useful information on how to rectify it. High street brand but with a local shop environment and service.

Would give no stars if i could took 6 month old high end bike in for service which they did and gears never ran right after changed randomly and had to wait to find a gear took back was told needed full drivetrain plus bottom bracket, told mechanic that it was a praxis bottom bracket and it was servicible but still tried to pressure me on another bottom bracket also asked for a dropper seatpost bleed at same time which they did seatpost never worked right after took back to rectify was told would have to be sent off at price £100 anyway took bike another bike shop bb serviced fresh bearings and gears sorted 1st time of asking as for dropper needed fluid putting back in waste of time and money this shop avoid

Excellent service. Nice to find a cycle shop open at the weekend. My brake problem was sorted in minutes, by people who showed an interest in helping me. Will always use Chevin after negative results from other cycle shops, including my local shop in Stalybridge Cheshire.

nice shop and nice staff but sent brand new bike (not bought from them) to be checked over and put pedals on. One problem i asked them to look at was the brakes which were pulling all the back to the handle bars, upon collecting the bike the same day i asked about the brakes to which they assured me 'that is how there meant to be' which anyone knows is bs. I have since taken it to another bike shop (which ill use from now on) who sorted the brakes how they should be by simply 'setting them up'
