I can't rave about the service and ladies at Ava Rose Hamilton in Silsden enough. It was recommended by quite a few people I know and it definitely lived up to my expectations. My mum and friend that came with me were in awe of the shop and it's ambience with my friend describing it as an "Aladdin's Cave"!

The service really is 5 star and very personal. From the moment we arrived we received a warm and friendly welcome. Becki was fantastic at her job and made me feel very comfortable as I was quite nervous to start with. Becki picked up very quickly the style I was looking for and the suggestions she made were perfect. It was also lovely that the other members of the team joined in making suggestions and guiding me through the choices. All the team clearly know their job and all the dresses very well. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all and I was delighted to find my perfect dress to say yes to! 

I would highly recommend visiting Ava Rose Hamilton, the service and welcome really is first class.

Thanks to everyone for helping me find the perfect dress and I can't wait to come back for my accessories appointment : )

I visited Ava Rose Hamilton in Silsden last week with my Mum and sister in law, who had actually chosen her dress from Ava Rose some 6 years ago. 

I can honestly say this is what wedding gown shopping should be like. We had the lovely Becki with us and stayed with me for the whole appointment, managing to get me in and out of the many beautiful dresses we had picked out until I found "The one". 

From the minute we stepped in, we were given amazing service. Buck's Fizz whilst we discussed what I was looking for, let roam the shop pointing out the dresses that I liked. Becki helped and guided me through, told me what the process would be and made sure I was comfortable. 

She asked about my budget and was honest when I picked dresses that went over so I could make sure we stayed at a price we were comfortable with. Having one person, who is really an expert in helping brides find their dream dress, with you for the whole appointment is wonderful. Saving the dresses that you love and eliminating the ones that didn't suit is a good way to choose, especially for someone like me who hates shopping. 
There was no pressure, just a supportive person and two floors of the most gorgeous gowns to choose from. 

Choosing a dress is one of the most difficult decisions in the wedding planning process, but Becki and Ava Rose Hamilton made it one of the best experiences I have had. 

If you are shopping for a wedding gown, please give them a visit. You won't regret it!

I would recommend this boutique to everyone. The customer service I received from the silsden boutique, especially Becky was brilliant. She put me right at ease about finding my dress, even when I felt I would never find one I loved. I didn’t once feel pressured into buying a dress or making a decision. The atmosphere was really relaxed. And the range of dresses is amazing. I can’t wait to go back for my fittings and seeing my dress nearer my wedding day.

I visited the Silsden boutique in January and was looked after by Becki. The whole experience was just fabulous. I’d always thought I was going to get my dream dress from here just with how beautiful the store is and how amazing the dresses are, and it really didn’t disappoint. 
Becki was lovely, so helpful and just a pleasure to have helping me choose my dress. 
With something in mind it didn’t take too long to find the dress of my dreams but it wouldn’t of been that good of an experience anywhere else or without someone like Becki helping me. 
I really can’t wait to go back for fittings and what not!! 😊. 
I’d highly recommend any bride to go here for sure.

Just want to say 5* service from Bernie and Niamh today. Made me feel totally at ease even when I changed my mind on gown styles half way through. I absolutely love my dress. Me and my mum haven't stopped talking about the dress and boutique all afternoon. Thanks to you both and see you for the fittings xx
