Very poor service and hidden charges. Arranged for an airport pick up and agreed a price over the phone of £55. We booked due to our flight being delayed by 12 hours. When we turned out phone off in Lanzarote airport as the aircraft doors were shut our ETA to Birmingham was 3.30am. Therefore a pick up at 4am at Birmingham airport seemed to work fine. Unfortunately we were then delayed on the run way and didn't actually get to the driver until 4.30am. We didn't realise there was any issue at this point. Until we got home and were asked for another £20 in waiting time and car parking charges at Birmingham airport. We were never warned about these charges and other taxi firms do not charge this locally! DO NO USE CHERWELL CARS.

At 8 months pregnant this company made me wait well over an hour in cold weather and rain because one of their careless drivers allowed someone else to have my taxi in front of me ! The operator is very rude. Offered no apology and lied about having sent out other cars, which he may have done only I wasn't prepared to wait another hour on my feet with shopping outside !!! The cars generally smell of cigarette smoke and spicy food which is off putting. AVOID. Disgusting customer service. I hope Cherwell DC shut them down.

Had a great service from these guys. Ordered taxi's for 24 people last weekend and 3 large taxi's turned up at 11 on the dot as requested. This morning ordered a taxi from my home to the train station and they were there in minutes. Friendly, happy drivers, will be using them always from now on.

Ordered a taxi as a bride and groom from our wedding venue, taxi drive off leaving us stranded at our wedding venue having to walk 30 minutes in a wedding dress along a dark road. When I rang to ask what happened I got the blame no apoligie! So rude and will never recommend completely almost ruined a fab day.... should had read previous reviews do not use!
