I should have taken note of the poor reviews. I booked two cabs in the morning to take me to and back from a private medical appointment later that day. They didn't turn up, and even though i kept calling and explained I had a specific appointment and it was important for me to make it in time, they refused to tell me that they didn't actually have any cars available. Instead they kept claiming they were on their way, but they clearly were not, and worst of all they prevented me from booking with another cab company. I missed my appointment and incurred the costs of it. Carriage couldn't care less.

I have been a regular customer of this company for 5 years spending over £3000 a year (£15000) over the past 5 years i have found the service hit and miss but have made some very good contacts with the companys office staff and so drivers that being said heres the BUT an d the reason for my long review today i booked a taxi at 0730 this morning for 0805 to take my 4 year old to breakfast club at 10 past i called the office and was advised buy there very nice staff that it would be a couple of mins and they did say they were very sorry (well done) so when my taxi arrived at 830 we left to get my little one to school for her breafast then the driver missed is turning into the school and when i explain that my little on needs her breakfast and he had alreddy has made her 20 mins late he started to moan at me about his job and feed me excues after excues he raised his voice not a nice start of the day for me or my four year old having to lisan to a taxi driver shout at her daddy

Requested a taxi from Banbury to Woodford via Middleton Cheney and Edgxote. The taxi driver was pleasant and said very little throughout much of the journey. This changed once the first drop in Woodford Halse had occurred, he began to use obscene and vulgar language which resulted in me asking him to stop so that I could get out. He said the charge was £65, this wasn't based on metre on more on his own thoughts which seemed wrong, I said I only had £45, this wasn't good enough and he began to use obscene language, at this point I left the money and jumped out of the car as I felt rather uncomfortable and unsafe. I have used this taxi service for 5 years however today proved to be the last and I will never again utilise their service.

This was an absolutely appalling service, we are 3 18 year old girls and our taxi driver decided we had to pay him mid way through travel... We have never had to pay through the journey ever before. He then turned to LEAVE US in a random village where we had to then find a different route home at 3 o'clock in the morning and he thought we were just vulnerable girls that would listen to what he had to say. This is disgusting and we will never be using this service again, he was a very rude driver, shouting at us to pay in which we decided to not let him carry on with the journey so he just abandoned us miles away from home in a isolated village. He made us feel very uncomfortable and on edge.
